Hello and welcome to my site! I created Cal Spas Information in order to educate consumers just like you about the best-selling and best-made brand: Cal Spas. If the name doesn’t sound familiar, you’ve probably still seen their products. All you have to do is turn on the TV to see something they make.

We recently bought a Cal Spa Tub that was owned by my uncle, For my wife, who has had 2 episodes of brain cancer in the past 2 years, the hot tub really helps her with her joint pain. We have been very pleased with it. This week it has stopped working and says FL where the temp. usually shows. Could you tell me what that means. We did not get a book on it when we bought it. thanks. Please e-mail me soon.
Hi Joey. This site isn’t meant to be a tech support site, so I’d suggest contacting your local Cal Spas service center. Here’s a dealer locator to help you. You can also download a manual from the Cal Spas Web site on the top right of the page.
With that said, FL messages typically mean you have a flow issue. This can be corrected by ensuring proper water level (not too high or low). Make sure all jet faces are open. Beyond that, contact your local dealer. Hope this helps.
